Or we're being accosted by a demon duck
When we find ourselves tied up in a trunk

Often when we're sodding drunk.

We remember the lessons you taught us so well
About standing with your friends against the hordes of hell
We remember them for big things and little things too
And we never forget the phrase
"What would Buffy do?"

So here's where I end my tribute in rhyme
(Sadly it's the best thing I've scribed in my time)
Just remember, though your shows have been laid to bed
In our hearts and on screen
